Car rental terms and conditions

General terms

BusRent provides car rental for both private individuals and companies. The client is offered short-term and long-term car rental for private individuals, ensuring safe and high-quality transport.

 

  1. Minimum rental period: 24 hours
  2. Maximum delay: 60 minutes
  3. Long-term rental options: Long-term car rental is available with special conditions.

Driver Requirements and Documents

The driver of the vehicle must have a valid driver’s license.

 

Required documents for individuals:

  1. Passport or eID card
  2. Driver’s license

Required documents for companies:

  1. Company Registration Certificate
  2. Authorized Person’s Passport and Driver’s License

It is not possible to receive the vehicle without presenting valid documents.

Payments and Security Deposit

Payment Methods:

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer

Security Deposit:

€150 – €300, depending on the vehicle class. The security deposit is refunded after the rental period if no rental terms have been violated.

Fuel Policy

The vehicle is provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned with the same fuel level.

If the returned fuel level is lower than at the start, an additional fee applies: €3.00 per liter.

Vehicle and Equipment Cleanliness

Rental vehicles and equipment are delivered clean and in good technical condition.

If the returned vehicle is not washed or cleaned, additional fees apply:

  1. Exterior washing: from €15
  2. Interior cleaning: from €15
  3. Deep interior cleaning (chemical): from €120
  4. Trailer / cargo compartment cleaning: from €50
  5. Additional equipment cleaning: from €20

Insurance and Liability

All vehicles are insured with mandatory third-party liability insurance (OCTA).

Optional: Full coverage insurance (KASKO) is available upon request.

 

Client’s liability in case of damage:

  • Deductible for vehicle damage: from €300

  • Deductible for theft or total loss: up to the full vehicle value

If the traffic accident is caused by a third party, no deductible is applied to the client.

Note: In the event of theft in the territories of Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine, a double deductible will apply.

Fines and Additional Charges

Penalties for violations:

  • Smoking in the vehicle: €70

  • Lost documents or keys: €200

  • All traffic and administrative fines must be paid by the renter.

Please follow all traffic regulations and vehicle usage terms to avoid extra charges.

Rental Agreement

To use the rental services, a vehicle rental agreement is signed, which outlines all rental conditions, payments, responsibilities, and insurance terms.
