BusRent provides car rental for both private individuals and companies. The client is offered short-term and long-term car rental for private individuals, ensuring safe and high-quality transport.
- Minimum rental period: 24 hours
- Maximum delay: 60 minutes
- Long-term rental options: Long-term car rental is available with special conditions.
To reserve a vehicle, you must read the full rental terms and conditions and sign a car rental agreement.
The driver of the vehicle must have a valid driver’s license.
Required documents for individuals:
- Passport or eID card
- Driver’s license
Required documents for companies:
- Company Registration Certificate
- Authorized Person’s Passport and Driver’s License
It is not possible to receive the vehicle without presenting valid documents.

Security Deposit:
€150 – €300, depending on the vehicle class. The security deposit is refunded after the rental period if no rental terms have been violated.
The vehicle is provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned with the same fuel level.
If the returned fuel level is lower than at the start, an additional fee applies: €3.00 per liter.
Rental vehicles and equipment are delivered clean and in good technical condition.
If the returned vehicle is not washed or cleaned, additional fees apply:
- Exterior washing: from €15
- Interior cleaning: from €15
- Deep interior cleaning (chemical): from €120
- Trailer / cargo compartment cleaning: from €50
- Additional equipment cleaning: from €20
All vehicles are insured with mandatory third-party liability insurance (OCTA).
Optional: Full coverage insurance (KASKO) is available upon request.
Client’s liability in case of damage:
- Deductible for vehicle damage: from €300
- Deductible for theft or total loss: up to the full vehicle value
If the traffic accident is caused by a third party, no deductible is applied to the client.
Note: In the event of theft in the territories of Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine, a double deductible will apply.
Penalties for violations:
- Smoking in the vehicle: €70
- Lost documents or keys: €200
All traffic and administrative fines must be paid by the renter.
Please follow all traffic regulations and vehicle usage terms to avoid extra charges.
To use the rental services, a vehicle rental agreement is signed, which outlines all rental conditions, payments, responsibilities, and insurance terms.
